This page is a step-by-step guide for application submission through StudyLink Connect (Agent Portal).

• Study@RMIT team is assigned as an agent (Currently Jason and Su have access to the Agent Portal)
• Submission through the application portal allows us to manage applications more efficiently
• Aim to submit a complete set of applications to avoid Pending status

STEP BY STEP GUIDE TO COMPLETE APPLICATIONS

1. Check if the prospect’s email address is registered in the StudyLink (Staff Portal)
   1. If the email is registered previously, you may come across with username error issues (username being tmpXXXXXXXXX).
2. Ensure all information is correctly filled out on the ‘Study@RMIT Application Form’
3. Check if all documents are ready.
4. Log-in to the Agent Portal

1. Once you log-in, you can see the following Dashboard:

*Applicant tab displays the list of all applicants submitted by Study@RMIT & Case Managed students

*Applications shows all applications assigned to Study@RMIT
