If the applicant has completed their previous tertiary studies from an institution in Australia or New Zealand and has a My eQuals account, they can provide their digital academic statements via a secure online platform known as My eQuals Australia.

In Person Certification (WIP)

On the offer letter, students are sometimes asked to submit their documents in person. If this is the case, be sure to follow the following procedures:

  1. Firstly make sure that the documents are original or certified. If they are certified, we can take the documents as they are but ask the student if it's okay for us to take the certified copy.

  2. If the student has provided us with original documents, we will need to copy a colour version and hand the original documents back to the student.

  3. Stamp the copied documents on every page with both stamps, “Received” or “Originals Sighted for” and have it signed and dated.

  4. We will then scan the stamped copied documents. When using a RMIT printer/scanner, this will be sent directly to our staff email.
