This is the inbox that receives replies from multiple mailing lists that are sent from multiple departments within RMIT, such as promotion from Student Recruitment about upcoming events (e.g. Open Day), or information sessions in key markets like India.
As the Study@RMIT can be managed (including triage) by everyone across Study@ team, therefore, a lead is where the first point of contact when it comes to some grey areas that requires some discuss in between.
While we do get replies from multiple areas, for the purpose of Study@RMIT, the inbox is for email enquiries from people who are either replying to an email sent by a Study@RMIT team member through SalesForce, or they are emailing RMIT for the first time.

It is important to check this folder as genuine enquiries do occasionally slip through into the Junk Folder. In these instances, please move the email into the Inbox. Anything that is clearly junk/spam can be deleted.
This is where you move all emails after you have replied and finished with the thread.
This is the parent folder for archive folders regarding special events, such as the 2023 semester one Change of Preference, and an archive of all Program Lists dating back to April 2022.
