Username issues:

When you generate an application using an email that’s already registered in the system, the application may not be assigned/linked to the correct username. Instead, a temporary username (starting with ‘temp’ followed by digits) is given.

When this error occurs, prospects cannot access their applications assigned to the temporary username (”tmpxxxxxx”).

Troubleshoot

  1. Request another email address not already in the application system.
  2. Go to the previous/past applications associated with the preferred email address and update the username to the new email address.
  3. Return to the new application and update the username to the preferred email address.
